Technician got the job done quickly with no mess. He answered questions and explained everything he was doing. Moved our old fridge to the garage. Very pleasant person.

I am very pleased with my new refrigerator.. Problem is that the folks just came out and took it out of the Styrofoam box placed the handles and left their trash behind and best buy had the nerve to still charge me. They said that they would take the trash but failed to do so. My payments are 59.00 per month for 18 months but I just received a email saying my next payment would be 89.00. Not liking this one bit!!! I went to the store to make sure that I made a payment prior to the due date, they couldn't help me @ customer Service set up my payment using my app for BESTBUY. Help me help YOU

you have to have it if you want water to your frig so you can have ice and cold water

The Best Buy Refrigerator Installers were Awesome! They were courteous, professional and went above and beyond my service expectations. The family hub on the fridge wasn't working initially. The service guys troubleshooted until it was discovered that there was a switch (located in a very obscure place on the top of the fridge) to start the hub. I was very impressed and happy with the service I received.

Guys did a great job and even removed the doors on the fridge and the house. No dings or scratches and were polite.

Then they pointed out all of the features of the new refrigerator, including the inside filtered water dispenser, and explained how to operate the unit, change water filters, etc. They took all of the packing materials with them when they left, leaving the kitchen clean and much improved by the beautiful appliance.

The gentlemen that delivered my refrigerator where courteous and polite. The did a great job and were really careful with my tile.
