The Geek squad performed the installation and it was really quick. The water line was right behind the refrigerator making the installation process simple. Great Job Geek Squad!

Very nice people but not ready to use when done. Still had to get all the tape off outside and put in all the shelves. All they did was bring it in the garage, plug it in and put the door handle on. If the service wasn’t free with Total Tech, I would not have paid for it.

Gave you only a three star because, although the delivery men were excellent and extremely nice, they couldn’t install the refrigerator because it was damaged. Since it was delivered on a Saturday, we had to wait till Monday to try an contact Best Buy. It took several days to get through to a real person, who unfortunately spoke very poor English and was located in Panama! We decided to keep the refrigerator after negotiating a deduction in the price. We rescheduled an appointment tho have the refrigerator installed in our new home, because we had the delivery men leave it in the great room, during the negotiation period. The installers never showed up nor did they call to let us know! Very poor customer service. Our contractor who has an engineering degree, installed it for us because we got tired of calling and being on hold for 30-40 minutes, only to be disconnected without ever having talked to anyone! As I said, very poor customer service! V Staton

Two installers came to deliver the fridge. They were very pleasant and did a great job. They carried the fridge so it didn't damage my recently painted and textured front porch.

They un boxed it, put it in place without any dents!!

Rian and his crew member were on time and went right to work. My old refrigerator was gone and my new refrigerator was installed in no time at all. He also gave me a quick rundown on its features and how to replace the water filter.
