The installer were good and answered all my questions plugged it in made sure it was running right said they couldn’t hook up the water line for the ice maker because the line was old they charged me for a new line couldn’t put it on either I had to connect the water line

The two men that arrived were polite. They did unpack the new refrigerator, and hauled away the old one That is about it. They did not move it into the house. The water line was still connected to the old fridge, so they left it. They said it had no shut off. Turns out the valve was a couple inches inside the crawlspace access, (line to fridge comes out of the middle of the floor) but they never looked. I had to pay someone else to look, and to help me swap the refrigerators. He found the valve within 2 mins. I had to help get the old fridge out and the new one in as he was by himself. I have a bad back. Had to reverse the door myself, too This was not a good experience, and cost way more than it should have.

The Best Buy Refrigerator Installers were Awesome! They were courteous, professional and went above and beyond my service expectations. The family hub on the fridge wasn't working initially. The service guys troubleshooted until it was discovered that there was a switch (located in a very obscure place on the top of the fridge) to start the hub. I was very impressed and happy with the service I received.

The guys who delivered and installed my Refrigerator were great! They were respectful of my house and my family. They accidentally dented the door on the way in and quickly told me about it and assured me that Best Buy would replace it for free and that they would notate that the dent was caused during delivery. They explained to us how to use the functions on the fridge and made sure everything was up and running before they left. Amazing job, amazing people!
