They might as well just dump it next to the garage. They carry no tools and refuse to help with the simplest things. Everything else was fine from Best Buy but your delivery policy sucks

Some Challenges, but it Worked Out

The younger member of the team never spoke to me at all. I don't recall being asked to turn my water off prior to the installation. It makes sense, but I did not think of it. We did get it done, but there was some confusion that might have been avoided. The door handles to the refrigerator were installed before removing the protective film. I had to remove them, take the firm off and then put them back on again. This was kind of scary, but it worked out. All in all, everything worked out, so it was OK.
