Had Geek Squad deliver & install new refrigerator. Both guys took extensive care to take old refrigerator to garage before installing new refrigerator. Of course it was pouring rain on the one day in late Spring during the hour scheduled for delivery! The guys did a smooth transition & took care leveling the doors, making other adjustments, removing the excessive amount of plastic/Styrofoam without damaging anything. Money well spent since couldn't do it alone-many thanks!

Installers were great. They arrived on time and provided 15-min advanced notice of arrival. Told me what to expect regarding the delivery. Unpacked the frig and performed necessary tasks to maneuver the beast into it's spot. They connected the water line and set everything up. They removed all cartons and packing material and were on their way. Perfect delivery and install.

Like our refrigerator. Quiet. Lots of room. Big freezer. Thought it had inside water dispenser...but it did not have one.

The two installation experts were right on time and did me the courtesy of notifying me three times of their arrival. They were efficient, courteous, and fast. I was worried about their having a difficult time getting the refrigerator into my basement, but I was mistaken. The two men were so fast (but careful) that I was stunned! I have an overhang going down the steps of my basement and when I moved to Chicago I was unable to set-up my old refrigerator in the basement because of this overhang.

The two gentlemen who delivered and set up our new refrigerator were awesome! They took great care with getting the new one in and the old one out. Fast, friendly, efficient!

The older and more experienced member of the installation team was very nice and professional, but there were still some snags in the process. The younger member of the team never spoke to me at all. I don't recall being asked to turn my water off prior to the installation. It makes sense, but I did not think of it. We did get it done, but there was some confusion that might have been avoided. The door handles to the refrigerator were installed before removing the protective film. I had to remove them, take the firm off and then put them back on again. This was kind of scary, but it worked out. All in all, everything worked out, so it was OK.

Just a plug and play event, but we were a little disappointed that they didn’t hook up the water line. We were told at delivery that they couldn’t put a connector on the line and that that needed to be done beforehand. (our bad! didn’t realize that the plumber hadn’t done it)

We had existing water ,installatiin was a piece of cake. The instructions were right on point. Overall , anyone could do it.

Installed, connected in less than 5 minutes. Installers were fast and informative.
