The best delivery gentleman we’ve ever had

They are kind very respectful,very hard workers. But most of all they made sure to show us everything about the frig,made sure there were no dent’s and took extra care with our furniture and floors!!.. Great guys$$

Fast and easy

They came and got everything ready outside, then removed my olde refreig and intalled the new one within 10 minutes. But I am not sure if it is the problem with new refreig or problem with installation, I have to shut the door hard to close it. The old one didn't need much effort, it just tend to stay closed.

Unexpected superior service

We saw the open box returns of refrigerators at the store: all the dents and scratches. We heeded the warnings on site to measure and remeasure your door openings. Pads were laid on the floor and furniture cleared from the path. The delivery men were very professional: introduced themselves, unpacked the appliance, then proceeded to carry the appliance thru the house like a baby. There was no need for pads on the wood floors. We were pleasantly surprised. Everything went like clockwork. I couldn't wait to tell my sister about our delivery experience!

The coupling was either damaged when it was disconnected or reconnected by the installers. Installers also didn't remove two plastic surface protectors on the inside of the refrigerator. Can't complain much about that, though -- I did not see it for a full two weeks later. Removed it myself.
