Installers were excellent and completed in a timely manner.

It was a quick and easy installation. They only hook up to existing water supply.

Just a plug and play event, but we were a little disappointed that they didn’t hook up the water line. We were told at delivery that they couldn’t put a connector on the line and that that needed to be done beforehand. (our bad! didn’t realize that the plumber hadn’t done it)

The Best Buy delivery/installation team were very experienced and quickly installed the new unit. They then went over the installation they had performed so I would understand what had been done. Then they pointed out all of the features of the new refrigerator, including the inside filtered water dispenser, and explained how to operate the unit, change water filters, etc. They took all of the packing materials with them when they left, leaving the kitchen clean and much improved by the beautiful appliance.

The gentlemen that delivered my refrigerator where courteous and polite. The did a great job and were really careful with my tile.

Overall the crew did a very good job. They were professional, courteous, and were respectful of our property. The only disappointment was how much of the protective film on the drawers, shelves, and other interior parts they left for us to remove. They missed some on the outside also. Removing all that took us quite a long time.

We have seen no problems so far. Technician installed in in less than 10 minutes.

They did a decent job with the install. Had to deal with a minor issue where the guy wouldn't install the water line, as in, just take a water line and connect the fridge to the already existing outlet. He did it once I showed that it was a part of the install process.

Best Buy's installation services are always top noth from my experience.

I didn't need any extra parts. The 2 guys were very professional and quick. In/out less than 15 minutes.

Excellent! The installation crew that came over were absolute professionals! While installing, a pipe burst. They could’ve made it OUR problem and just dropped the fridge off, since they had several more deliveries. But they stayed until I came back from Home Depot with the new part and helped to install that as well. They even reimbursed me for the part as well

The delivery was finally done on June 17 by the driver and his helper. They also connected the water hose to the icemaker. Things went very smoothly. I said finally delivered because it was brought out on the 10th, But that driver claimed it required for people to get it up my staircase, and refused to install it. He said he drop it off and I can deal with it myself, when I declined to have him just drop it off, they turned around walked out got in the truck and left. Okay

Works perfectly with no mechanical issues. Would recommend this for everyone

Best Buy Geek squad is top notch. We purchased a large fridge and it had to be taken a part to fit into the house. They were very professional and got it installed with no issues!
