Is fixed now and we are happy with it. The installers did scratch the floor and damage a light fixture.

Don't rush delivery

The staff at the store were very helpful and courteous. Second team was much more careful. Satisfied with their work.

The two gentlemen that came to our home were very professional. They respected our belongings and took care in how they were maneuvering the refrigerator and getting it into our home. They went over features and other specifications we needed to know about. They took the time to make sure we were satisfied with the job.

They had some difficulties bringing in the appliance. She was able to get us help right away and get us a discount on it! 4 stars aren't because of her, the other helper.

Worth the money...for less aggravation

Both guys took extensive care to take old refrigerator to garage before installing new refrigerator. Of course it was pouring rain on the one day in late Spring during the hour scheduled for delivery! The guys did a smooth transition & took care leveling the doors, making other adjustments, removing the excessive amount of plastic/Styrofoam without damaging anything. Money well spent since couldn't do it alone-many thanks!
