My tech was very professional and friendly. I would recommend them.

Refrigerator was installed without a hitch. Installers were on time and courteous, respectful of our property.

"The Team" sent to us by Best Buy was not the normal "Geek Squad" team -- they were independent contractors. They didn't "get the note" that they were supposed to haul away the old refrigerator and they were visibly, extremely annoyed about having to do that. We were told by the Best Buy guy that they would take "cash or check" for $30 to haul away the old one, but they insisted on cash (or Venmo, which I'm not signed up for). Luckily we were able to scrape together $30 in small bills from around the house. Pretty embarrassing. When we told the Best Buy guy about it, he was nice enough to credit my account for the $30. As far as the actual delivery went, that was fine, but "The Team" was very cranky the whole time. They seemed happier when I told them they didn't have to hook up the water line because we never use the ice maker.

The second crew who came out did a fine job of the installation. Fire the 1st crew who couldn't get refrigerator in house and connected after 3 1/s hours.

It was a second floor delivery and door and stairs were narrow! The delivery guys took off the doors to bring it up. I’m so impressed cannot believe my eyes that they could do it with no damage at all!

Installation was successful. However, installation team was clearly more concerned about finishing the task and moving on than making sure the job was done well and the customer was aware of all features. Fridge was not level after installation.

installation went well; workers had to remove bottom freezer drawer to slip past kitchen cabinet; workers also saw a slight dent on refridgerator door which we might not have noticed right away; so a replacement door could be ordered immediately which we greatly appreciated
