I took the old refrigerator out and disconnected the water line. When they brought the new refrigerator they hook the refrigerator to the existing water line and said the old line should be replace which is a lie. I was a service teck before I retired and the line was the correct material! They did not level the refrigerator. Bad Bad

The bad - I have to replace my front storm door because the delivery guys broke the window on it. They could have said they needed someone to hold it open, my husband or I would have done so. I didn't think I'd have to remove the door to get the fridge in the house. The delivery guys wouldn't take the doors of the fridge off to make it easier to move through the house. The good - I'm thrilled to have the new fridge and the installation was great. Once the appliance made it into my kitchen everything was smooth sailing. Overall I'm ok. Not happy about having to get a new storm door though but I wouldn't have been able to get it in my house without the delivery and installation services.

The gentalmen that came to install were great. They made sure they were careful when bringing the items in. and made sure palcement was to liking. They also installed all the nessasry attatchments, and ensured my satifaction before leaving.

Just received the package. The two giant and well built gentleman who brought the package over, went over and beyond to get the refrigerator where i wanted. They are friendly, professional and proficient worker. If its upto me, i would give them a raise because of there work ethic. They are treasures for any industry.
