The free delivery and installation went well. The instructions provided in advance insured the space was ready. The team had knowledge of the fridge and provided basic first step instructions. The fridge was properly installed and leveled. All debris was removed but I was left with a lot of protective tape and plastic to remove. There was a sticker on theside of the fridge that was difficult to remove.

No issues what so ever!! I particularly liked the length of it as it allowed me to pull the refrigerator out to paint behind it without having to disconnect.

These guys came in did they're job and was professional and was out in no time.

The first one they delivered was leaking from the bottom. They brought us a new one which works fine, but the doors are very uneven. Don’t know if this is an installation or manufacturer error.

Just the right size not to big not to small and right color black was hard to fine to match other appliances

The frist time I had a delivery it was only one man came it was really hard for him he bump and scratch refrigerator all he did was plugged it up and left. Now the next time there were two mens they plugged it up and took all the tape off threw all trash out they were the best.

PERFECT installation!!! The guys could not have been nicer. Clean, fast and on time.

It was a pleasure to have the right line available for installation. The technician hooked it all up on the first trip and we haven't had any issues since.

The fridge is nice but the doors were not installed evenly and it doesn't really fit into the space even though Best Buy came and measured and assured it it would fit.

Both gentlemen that installed my fridge were knowledgeable and friendly. Made it super easy and did not scratch anything.

The Best Buy Geek Squad guys were meticulously careful and thorough when delivering my new Bosch refrigerator. There was a ton of protective plastic film that had to be removed from all the drawers, shelves, exterior and interior surfaces. They got it all. They did not have to connect the water line as there was no existing one. They made sure everything was set correctly and working before leaving. Super friendly guys and experienced with major appliance delivery. Very pleased.

Carlos and his amigo carted my new fridge in and had it hooked up without leaks in no time. They were polite, prompt, and did a perfect job.

Rian and his crew member were on time and went right to work. My old refrigerator was gone and my new refrigerator was installed in no time at all. He also gave me a quick rundown on its features and how to replace the water filter.

The installation was done by the Bestbuy crew and everything is still hanging and in tact so it worked out.

Not much installation for a fridge is needed, just hooking up the water line and that went fine.

The men were very nice. They took the old refrigerator away then installed the new one. It didnt take long.

So far we are extremally happy with this purchase!

The install team did their work very well and were quite courteous. They kept any and all disruptions to the bare minimum needed to do their work.
