They explained and demonstrated different functions of our new fridge. They also answered all of our questions. They are two great guys !

Installation of Freezer

They had the item installed in a very short period of time. Had a nice chat with them while they were working. Very nice young men!!

The Geek Squad is great and they do their job. There is just a major disconnect between, store, customer service and technicians.

Fridge Delivery

Fridge did not have an ice maker or water dispenser, so the connection was not performed. The delivery brought the fridge the basement, unboxed, and unwrapped the appliance from plastic. We are still finding pieces of the plastic though on the fridge, but I didn't have to take to the basement, so I'm pleased with the service.

Sneaky Deception
