The team that installed my new refrigerator-freezer did a good job. The quality of their work was what I expected. The product was not completely satisfactory. The government messed up manufacturing and product choice.

Technicians arrive within the time frame given. They were friendly and professional. We had our home prepared per the requested notes. Process was seamless. First time we have purchased major appliances from Best Buy, the experience and process was awesome.

They called to let me know they'd be out a little earlier than expected and arrived promptly when they said they would. They took my old fridge with no issues and carried the new one in on a sling so it didn't even touch the floor on the way over. I was worried the floor might be scratched but they already though of that. I'll definitely be using Geek Squad for my future appliance deliveries.
