Best Buy delivered on time and called ahead. They moved our old fridge out, which was helpful because it was really heavy and didn't have normal wheels. New one is installed and works great.

Well, I've already left a very long review on this. I will just say, the refrigerator itself is great.

The installer that Best Buy sent for all of my appliance Installations was very good. He was very polite, professional, courteous and thorough. My one complaint about the installation itself was due to the wrong filter for the water being delivered with the refrigerator. Because of this he was unable to install the filter. The filter was taped inside the refrigerator when it was delivered and taken out of the box so neither of us could understand how the wrong filter could have been sent.

Great for compact spaces! Works well and we’re happy with the inside design. Also delivery people were efficient and polite!

I’m over the moon with the BBY delivery/ installation team! Adrian was helping me with my new fridge. I had serious concerns about how to take the old fridge out and install the new one since i have a very small space to work on. Two teams previously refused to fix my old fridge due to lack of space in my kitchen. Adrian’s team was very professional! I think they got the job done in less than 20 min. I call it magic! The installation was done on A+! The team was very respectful to my home, extremely careful not to cause any damage or excess mess. Can’t tell enough about how happy i am with the service! Thank you Best Buy!

New refrigerator was moved in to house and through doorways very carefully without damage. Installers removed all wrappings inside and out, made sure shelving was where wanted it, plugged in the fridge to make sure working properly, turned off icemaker for us since we didn't want the water line hooked up, made sure no leaks at water shutoff, moved fridge into place, screwed down the front legs so wheels would not roll when pulling lower freezer drawer out, had us inspect inside and outside condition before signing off on receipt. Very thorough. Only negative is that installers when removing old fridge, slid it across our kitchen wood floor leaving scuff marks on the wood finish surface. They should have known better. Didn't notice marks until after installers left and light hit the floor just right. No one from BestBuy ever contacted me when I notified them of this damage. I had to clean and polish wood several times to reduce the marks, not all were able to be removed. Fortunately the installers lifted the fridge when finally removing it from the property with no further floor damage.

I’m in love with my stainless steel/finger print resistant Samsung Bespoke 4 door refrigerator with beverage center! This refrigerator replaces an almond color builders grade GE that I had for almost 19 years; so I’m well pleased with the sleek appearance & all the modern features. Delivery & installation to my 2nd floor kitchen was flawless. The tech’s were super professional/polite & friendly.

Nice side by side Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer. 28 cubic feet of easy accessibility for a family of five. Only issue was/is the freezer door appears to have some slight deformation. It seems like it was pushed hard on its long styrofoam packing strips. Having gone through too many recent damaged (Cardi's) new furniture returns... just couldn't bring myself to also seek a return of this item.

Geek squad came right on time and installed quickly. When I found an issue, it was quickly remedied and the guys were super polite and most importantly, they were mindful of their surroundings making sure there were no damages.

I bought a house with a fancy fridge and it was the worst. Always leaking etc. I didnt like the bottom drawer freezer at all. I went back to the old side by side counter depth style and it fits in my kitchen better than the old one. GE is suppose to be an awesome brand so I'm thinking this will last a long time. One of the plastic shelf covers are missing so I'm a little bummed I have to track that down now and get a replacement

We love our new fridge and how it fits in our kitchen. However, we have an adhesive stain from install which is not ideal.

Thank you so much to the delivery guys that delivered our new LG refrigerator this morning..they just pulled up as I was leaving for work and as soon as i got into work about 15 to 20 minutes later my husband told me it was installed and ready to go..he said they rocked it! Going a few days without a fridge was rough..but so glad we were the first delivery for the day and they were in and out...those guys deserve a raise! Thank you Best Buy & Geek squad

had my old refrigerator for 15 yrs it was here when i move in house it was old and rusted out so i went online to find a new one looked and looked then i finally found a good deal on Bestbuy so i order it it came nice new lots of room ice and water so i got a 3yr warranty it sill looks good and iam still loving it thank u Best buy victor
