I would never recommend a Best Buy installation. Fridge was never installed. Also tore up my hardwood flooring. Still can’t get things fixed.

My refrigerator water supply line leaked all over the kitchen floor when my home remodel contractor turned on my interior water line after installing my kitchen sink and RO system!

Installers were terrible. The main installer broke the water filter assembly. I didn't notice utile i started doing the water purge. They didn't take the garbage with them. They just dumped the garbage by my bin.

My service was completed. Install requires 4 but best buy always sends 2 people. Still talking with support to figure this out. No compensation provided yet. Washer also was damaged upon arrival

Terrible! The drivers did not drop off all the parts needed for assembly. They didn’t install either. There were no screws to secure the door handles and no caps for the exposed holes on the fridge doors.

The refrigerator was dropped off and not installed. The guy said you do not have any water line and left. He would not even slow down for me to show him where the water line was. He also left a huge gash in my brand new doorframe.

He just wanted to change out the ice maker but the manager said to exchange the whole thing. Argued with us about it. Messed up our floor in the process

Waterline never connected or brought. Ice maker bracket broken and refriderator doors are broke so not in working order at all! A month later and I still do not have a functional appliance.

Delivered with broken Drawer. Delivery person said a new drawer would be sent to me. After 3 hours on phone told me to call the manufacturer.

They damaged our refrigerator and try to hide it from us and running out fast before we said something

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. They broke the front door to my home and the door to this refrigerator. They were very verbally disrespectful as well.

This review is for third party installation. NOT for Bestbuys. Refrigerator installed handle bar wrong and using drill which causes the bolts are stripped.

I just got my LG refrigerator one week ago any my water line wasn’t working correctly and now the ice maker don’t work.

Second time coming. Water line drilled through front of the cabinet. Drill shavings not cleaned up Really!?!?

Workers damaged our new house main door and this is yet to resolve. This custom main door is needs to be fixed by yourself. Very bad service

The delivery company refused to carry my new refrigerator into my house so I had to do it myself! Extremely disappointed in Best Buy

They left their trash on my property for me to get rid of. Trash for items that weren’t even mine. I would like someone to call me about this since.

While installing the new water supply line the installers shoved the unit hard against the newly installed steel jacked supply line, causing the valve to fail, thereby causing a new leak that flooded my kitchen floor and into my garage below.

The guys carried the refrigerator in and got it in place just fine. The guy scratched both fridge doors when he installed the handles. Really frustrating.
