Both gentlemen that installed my fridge were knowledgeable and friendly. Made it super easy and did not scratch anything.

Our waterline was installed to our refrigerator and works great. No issues. The delivery/installer was professional and everything works how it is supposed to.

Installer was professional, the installation was quick. One down side is that not wall the wrappers were removed before install the open/close handles and it leave the plastic stick between the refrigerator and handles. Everything else was every good

This team of guys did a great job bringing in the fridge without scratching my floors or damaging the walls. They did however push my fridge over a little too far to the right so it looks slanted far away. But I’m just happy to have my appliance finally.

My refrigerator is a simply easy one, so they do not have a lot of things need to finish. But the service is good.

It took two months from purchase date to delivery, but worth it. The sales representatives at Best Buy in Quakertown PA were great and help move the delivery date from January to December - it was nice to have before Christmas. The only issue is the door-in-door does not always open, probably due to a good seal.

They hooked up the frig so it was ready to use when they left. I was concerned about them making marks on the floor. Well that didn't happen, they carried it in so it couldn't mark the floor The only problem is that the water and ice had a bad taste fo almost a month.

The Best Buy guys that came out were prompt and courteous. They did an excellent job!

I decided to surprise my mom with a new refrigerator, as I have had a customer in BEST BUY since 2019 I went and started looking for what to get for her. And the staff were just amazing at helping. I got what I wanted and my mom loves it. I love buying at this store.

The actual install was great! Waiting to get it installed was not exceptable. Best buy promotes next day delivery/install It was not the case. Had to wait two weeksfor delivery and over 10 more days for installation. The best buy card i purchased is worthless.

Technicians were on time and professional. The install was done quickly and correctly.

Refrigerator delivery was on point and efficient. Communication was key and I was notified when there may have been a problem getting the refrigerator into the residence. I really liked how I was notified when the delivery would occur. Great experience overall, no complaints. I would not hesitate to order again.
