Water shut off valve was broken they were able to install successfully in spite of that.

They were very professional and prompt. They wore their masks and even took the front door off the hinges and put it back on to get the refrigerator in the house. They make sure it was positioned and leveled properly before leaving. They also gave a brief "how to" on the refrigerator because it had a lot of neat little features. It was a very pleasant and hassle-free experience.

The best buy service techs did a great job in connecting my waterline to my new frig. They were fast and efficient. In and out of my house within 20 minutes.

Exceptional delivery, no installation at this time, we don't have a water line hooked up yet. The two gentlemen who came were friendly, cleaned up after themselves, fully set up the fridge, and gave me a comprehensive tutorial of all its features.

Paid $56 online to specifically move the old refrigerator to an adjoining room upon delivery of the new fridge. The doors needed to be removed from the old fridge to get it out of the kitchen to another room or haul away. The installers were allowed to remove the doors and haul it away but not relocate to another room and reinstall the doors despite the our paying the Best Buy "move to another room" service because of "liability" removing and reinstalling the doors. While my wife was on the phone with the dispatcher, I took the doors off myself. The installers then did move the old refridge twenty feet to the next room for us despite being told not to by the dispatcher. I hope they don't get in trouble. I reinstalled the old fridge doors myself. The installers installed the new refridge well. They were courteous and professional. The delivery guys had a written order to relocate the old refridge, but were given conflicting instructions on the phone by their bosses. This needs to be clarified with the customer before the delivery. I don't think I would purchase from Best Buy again because of this.

The delivery men removed my old refrigerator and placed it in my garage. They installed the new one within minutes. They made no mess and were very professional men.

Excellent coordination, delivery and installation on our LG double oven and refrigerator. Installers were very professional and knowledgeable about the product. My wife is thourly enjoying her stove and still excitingly learning how to use all the new features.

They arrived on time, installed correctly & quickly so we could get back to our day. Then they followed up a few days later to make sure everything was ok.

The 1st delivery team was the worst, we were having problems with our water and they left WITHOUT SAYING A WORD!!! The 2nd team was wonderful!!! They were knowledgeable and communicative about what was going on, they even moved my other fridge into the basement (which the 1st team didn't even bother checking and told us they could take are old one away)!!!!!! Wonderful guys!!!!!
