The best fridge ever!

I can see everything in the freezer and cooling sections. The door shelves are deep and tall for large bottles and cartons. The door water and ice dispensers are great. The stainless is easy to clean and maintain. The installation by Best Buy was quick and professional. Those guys really know what they are doing!

Installation of refrigerator

Best Buy offered to replace with another new item or give us $100.00 off the purchase price which we went with since this was a refrigerator that was being placed in the garage.

Quick and efficient install!

This included unpacking the refrigerator, bringing it into the house, hooking up the water line, moving the old refrigerator to the new spot, and taking the trash away! They also showed me how to install the app and get it set up!

Not a frigid delivery

Communication was key and I was notified when there may have been a problem getting the refrigerator into the residence. I really liked how I was notified when the delivery would occur. Great experience overall, no complaints. I would not hesitate to order again.

Cannot remember having better customer service

They weren’t expecting to take out the old fridge but when I told them that was the plan they did it cheerfully (seriously, one of the guys was whistling a happy tune out in the truck), when I called and said the water didn’t work they tried to walk me through different possible problems and ended coming out again.

Installation perfection

The came in walk me through options for moving the fridge in the house. Even though it was raining then ensure that the unit was in good condition before removing my existing fridge. The installation was fast and the team ensure it was installed correctly and completed a thorough wipe down. Job well done!

They are nice friendly and dont tear up your stuff if they cant install an item. I just have to swipe and buy. I love that.
