On time (maybe even early), very professional and friendly. They weren’t expecting to take out the old fridge but when I told them that was the plan they did it cheerfully (seriously, one of the guys was whistling a happy tune out in the truck), when I called and said the water didn’t work they tried to walk me through different possible problems and ended coming out again.

Good connection part to waterline and refrigerator. Easily installed and a no leak installation. This is a premium part of this great refrigerator.

Connecting the waterline to the unit went fast and so simple. Great job by installers, I believe I could do it myself but these men were fast and efficient.

Had it installed so I didn’t use these tools they would have but it was delivered and installed smoothly had no challenges. So the tools worked!

They guys were fast and efficient for this. They showed up early and installed quickly.

The refrigerator was not set up properly and if you don't hold on to the door when you open it, it will swing open quickly and hit the cabinets. The door is also 1/2 inch higher on the right side than the left side and is visibly crooked. The wheels should have been adjusted when it was delivered and installed but a lower panel has to removed to do that. Thus, the reason why it probably wasn't done right because it would take a little more time. I've called and chatted at least 4 times and finally someone is supposed to come 12/19 and do it right. That's a month after it was installed and getting "run around the bush" by Best Buy's Tech Support Geeks!! Hope it gets corrected 12/19/2020.

Took 3 different refrigerators to get the doors to be flush in side by side

the workers who delivered and put in the water line were great. they were so neat and new just what they were doing. They can deliver any time . Nice gentleman

The 2 young men that delivered & hooked up my refrigerator were very fast, efficient & professional.

Installation was quick and easy. They carry the refrigerator over the title floor.

My refrigerator was delivered as scheduled. The drivers were fast & efficient. Everything was done well.

A truly terrific couple of young men! They had to remove the doors to get the refrigerator through my front door and then had to level the refrigerator. I was impressed with the care they took, knowing they had many other deliveries to make that day.
