The delivery team literally went the extra mile to deliver a wine fridge to my house on time, even though this required extra effort to access my house from the opposite end of the neighborhood and then wheeling the fridge across the lawn, as the access to the driveway was blocked. Great job!

The actual install was great! Waiting to get it installed was not exceptable. Best buy promotes next day delivery/install It was not the case. Had to wait two weeksfor delivery and over 10 more days for installation. The best buy card i purchased is worthless.

Delivery was on time. They did a great job. They removed our old, large refrigerator. Only problem was they could not switch the handles to the left side because it would take another appointment to have it done.

The installer came on time. Everything was completed in less than 1/2 hour. It was quick and no hassle for us.

Paid $56 online to specifically move the old refrigerator to an adjoining room upon delivery of the new fridge. The doors needed to be removed from the old fridge to get it out of the kitchen to another room or haul away. The installers were allowed to remove the doors and haul it away but not relocate to another room and reinstall the doors despite the our paying the Best Buy "move to another room" service because of "liability" removing and reinstalling the doors. While my wife was on the phone with the dispatcher, I took the doors off myself. The installers then did move the old refridge twenty feet to the next room for us despite being told not to by the dispatcher. I hope they don't get in trouble. I reinstalled the old fridge doors myself. The installers installed the new refridge well. They were courteous and professional. The delivery guys had a written order to relocate the old refridge, but were given conflicting instructions on the phone by their bosses. This needs to be clarified with the customer before the delivery. I don't think I would purchase from Best Buy again because of this.
