However, the refrigerator doors are not even—one sits higher than the other. This could impact the temperature on the refrigerator side as it feels as though it does not cool properly. There is also a random shelf that no one explained the function for.

Crappy product insignia refrigerator

This is the second refrigerator that has been delivered that makes these awful sounds when the freezer is working. The first made same noise and has a dent in the front door. I have been on hold for over 10 hours trying to get this resolved by talking to a rep. I went to best buy today and was told I have to use the rep. And that he cant help. I want a different brand of refrigerator and this insignia taken back. I live in a park model and have to remove my sliding doors a d handrail every time a delivery comes. I am beyond frustrated with best buy over this issue.
