Simple pleasures

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The refrigerator on top, large door shelves has made it a lot easier to find everything without trying to dig around in the neither regions of back bottom shelf. We are finding that produce is holding longer since the temperature is more stable around the 37 degrees that it is set at. The 2 freezer drawers also make it easier to find items, but there is not as much space as a top freezer due to the curved back to make room for the compressor.

Great customer service

They took the time to explain the different features to us, make sure the refrigerator was located just where we wanted it and answered our questions.

Super Friendly and Professional Crew

Delayed but Good

Was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, wasn't. When I called (multiple times) nobody knew where it was. Finally went back to the store & they were able to help us. Delivery was on the following Monday.

Nice look, questionable quality

First one came with multiple dents in the doors and a dent at the top of the frame where the doors seal. Installers partially pulled the control panel out when removing the protective plastic, requiring a service visit. Unit actually began to malfunction on the day the replacement was to arrive. Replacement unit also has dents in the doors but works ok so far. The door skins are not thick enough.

very polite but
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.they were very polite and profesional, BUT they should have a checklist or something, the doors of the fridge was not properly leveled so one of the doors doesn't close correctly, called best buy and they never came back even do it was offered. my guess is not all of the delivery guys
