Small refrigerator just right for me. Only problem is door has no clearance so toes need to be kept away.

I recently had a new refrigerator delivered and installed by Best Buy, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The installation team arrived right on time, and they were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They took great care to ensure my kitchen was protected during the installation, carefully removing my old fridge and installing the new one without any damage to the floors or surrounding areas. I was especially impressed with how thorough they were in making sure everything was level, the water line was properly hooked up, and they walked me through all the features of my new refrigerator. The installers were also very knowledgeable, answering all my questions about the fridge’s functions and offering helpful tips on maintenance. They took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s not often you get such great service with large appliance deliveries, but Best Buy really nailed it! I highly recommend their installation service if you’re buying a new appliance. It’s worth every penny for the peace of mind that everything is done right.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fast and smooth installation The installation of this fridge was absolutely quick and easy. The team was efficient and professional—they were literally in and out. They removed my old fridge, moved it out, unpacked the new one, set it in place, plugged it in, and made sure everything was ready to go. The entire process was smooth, fast, and hassle-free. I really appreciated how easy they made it.

This is the best refrigerator I’ve ever had. It keeps everything cold. The water is fresh and it has plenty of room.

Fridge has been installed for 6 weeks, very spacious and working well! Delivery was also seamless; the fridge is very easy to move around. Only small complaint is that the drawers on the inside of the door seem to be at very odd heights. They're movable but it's still a little wonky and a piece fell off that I can't seem to reattach but seems fine otherwise.

So these services are always very YMMV based on your location. If you live in an area where people kinda suck, you may run into issues. But if you live in an area where everyone is super nice, super kind, then this is amazing. So keeping that in mind, I had a great experience. They are contractors that work with Best Buy to get this done for you. They were very kind, thorough, and careful to not bump into furniture and walls when moving the large refrigerator in. They easily took care of everything and made sure it was properly installed and running before leaving. This service is very useful and worth it. Keep in mind though, back when I did this I simply had to pay $200 for the yearly Best Buy membership and this was included for FREE as long as I purchased the item. I think that's not a thing anymore. I do think you should get this service though regardless. If you're already paying so much for a new fridge you may as well pay to get it properly and professionally installed. It's penny wise pound foolish otherwise. You'll also have someone to hold accountable if it was installed improperly.

They installed our LG refrigerator in such a speed and removed the Samsung refrigerator that was our original purchase but had to exchange due to misaligned french doors. This LG is perfect and much better.

Installers were professional, funny, and quick at what they did. They had my old fridge out, new one in (and taught me what I needed to do to set it up) within like a half hour. That included them having to take the door off the hinges to get the old one out. Would absolutely use this service again.

Spacious without all the frills. Using as a garage fridge and it's working great so far.

The refrigerator looks nice . I got the silver and it shows fingerprints easily. The motor is a little noisy . It starts up loud and quiets down after it runs a minute. Has plenty of space and looks nice . I hope it lasts a few years. The Gus that delivered it and set it up were fantastic. Also this model doesn’t have an ice maker. It could be added on later if I want to

The space we have to fit a frig in is just a bit over 60 inches tall. Finding a quality refrigerator at a reasonable price that is that height these days proved to be more difficult than we had imagined. This frig is a little narrower than the old one (GE 2003). But the Frigidaire design is much cleverer. We're able to pack it full with less fuss and it is much easier to keep organized and clean. The chrome is also a plus-fewer fingerprints and smudges. The frig is light compared to its ancient predecessor. The BestBuy deliverymen parked their truck at the base of the hill we live on (a good 150 feet upslope). They could have driven up the drive but chose to carry the new frig up, install it, and take the old one away carrying it on their backs. All in less than a few minutes!

The Best Buy delivery and setup team was absolutely outstanding. Since we are the first home in our new area, locating us can be challenging, but the driver went above and beyond by texting us for a pin drop and keeping us informed when he was on the way and upon arrival. He took the time to walk through the house first to map out the best route, minimizing disruption to everything we had going on. After completing the installation, he carefully explained the refrigerator’s functions, covered first-time use, and patiently answered all of our questions. This level of care, communication, and professionalism is the definition of top-notch customer service. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The water where I live is not suitable to my taste, so I made sure there was no ice maker. It was ready to use as soon as it hit temp.

I had a great experience with the refrigerator installation service. The technicians arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. They handled the appliance with care and ensured it was installed correctly and securely. They also took the time to explain how to use the features and advised on best practices for maintenance. The installation was quick, clean, and efficient—no mess left behind. Everything was tested before they left, and the fridge has been working perfectly since. I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it to others.

The refrigerator installation crew (a driver, an installer and a helper, NOT the Geek Squad) called about 30 minutes ahead of arrival and then arrived 20 minutes after the time frame stated which was between 7 - 11 am. My appointment was their first installation of the day. The main installer was experienced and taught the helper on the spot how to use the two-man strap to haul away the old unit and then to bring in the new unit. After the old unit was removed, I had a few minutes to dust and vacuum the walls and floor. After the new unit was brought in, the installer plugged in the electric cord and hooked up the water line, looked inside both interiors, briefly adjusted the bottom corner of the freezer door and pulled off the thick plastic sheets protecting the outside surfaces with some help from the driver who appeared without an introduction. The driver's band-aid fell off his hand and they left it for me to clean up after them. Meanwhile, the helper had to use my bathroom after a few minutes helping to deliver and haul away the units, and didn't come out of the bathroom until the other two had completed their installation and the installer had to come back from their truck and call him out a second time. He never said a word to me as he left. The installer opened each side and made sure that the water and lights were on and water dispensing. I expected the run down of the main features such as the air filter, water line coiled up on the bottom behind the drawer, the ice and water dispenser and ice maker and electronic panel before the installer left. After a few seconds of review on the front door electronic panel, he pointed out the operating manual inside of the drawer still taped together to the inside walls as all of the shelves were. Before he left, I asked why the doors weren't aligned and unevenly hanging, he said the doors are heavier on one side and that's the way they are made. I guess I have to live with that although all of the pics I've seen, doors hang evenly and are aligned. I guess they had to rush off and move on to the next delivery and haul away.

I ordered a heavy side-by-side with in-door water and ice for my split-level home. The delivery team did a great job—they even managed to get the refrigerator through a doorway, even though it turned out to be slightly too big. The listing description wasn’t accurate, and although I had measured carefully, it still didn’t match the actual dimensions. They let me know afterward just to keep me informed, even explained how to take it apart if I ever need to get it back out. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was damaged while being taken off the truck. As for the in-door water, I was initially told the measurements would never be accurate unless I ran a larger-diameter supply line. Months later I found out all it needed was a calibration, which was in the manual—I could have caught that myself. Despite the damage, the team worked hard and overall it was still a mostly positive experience.

I was very impressed with the expertise shown by the two technicians that came to install my new freezer. It was totally obvious they knew their business. What impressed my the most was that although they could see exactly where the freezer was to go, they took the time to ask and have me explain my wishes before they began. It was refreshing to experience this!

Installers switched door opening and handles with care and connected to water supply. Installers were very careful bringing fridge into home and putting into place. Very efficient, but a little difficult with English communication.

This is probably the best service I've purchase from best buy. Could I have done it? Yes. Isn't it great that I didn't have to? Also yes. The guys who came and install my fridge where very professional, and fast! They did a great job.

The initial side-by-side refrigerator that was delivered had moments when its noise was more than the previous 18 yr old one that we replaced (even though it was less than 1 week old). This seemed like an anomaly, so it was easily worked out with Best Buy that this new one would be replaced. It was a wise choice since the 2nd unit does not have the same issues as the first one. The original one may have rec'd some damage during shipping that was not visually obvious. The flexibility from Best Buy was appreciated rather than having to go through a longer process of having to debate our issues. We are quite satisfied with the GE refrigerator after resolving our concerns; is actually very quiet and is working nicely.
