They were prompt, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly... I only wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!

Need to supervise trainee

Senior technician good communicator with customer, however he should have checked his trainee's work. Freezer door seal either damaged on arrival and still installed or damaged during install. Required a second tech call to replace door. Store manager helpful in getting problem solved and offering service recovery compensation. However, Best Buy needs to change its system as it relates to getting problems solved. Everything is routed through an off site call center; no option to call store/manager directly. I wasted ALOT of time trying to get the problem solved.
