I thought the dishwasher had failed, I realized that I had used it since the fridge install. The water being turned had been the problem. The company that installs needs to train their people more thoroughly. I had an issue with the second refrigerator that was delivered.

They had to remove the doors to get the refrigerator through my front door and then had to level the refrigerator. I was impressed with the care they took, knowing they had many other deliveries to make that day.

Seamless installation

I had to call to find out why delivery was delayed. However the installation was seamless.

Love the lighting and for a small family or just a couple it is perfect. It might be a little small for a family with two or three kids. No regrets and love the technology. One bad thing is the plastic cover does not come off around the edges.

Since this was stainless steel, it was wrapped up in a protective wrapper which was removed, but this thing is a finger print magnet. Perhaps using some latex gloves would help next time.

I believe they mentioned that they weren’t allowed to deliver in the rain if there was no cover. They set it up quickly while explaining all the functions and initial operation of ice maker and water dispenser. Best Buy should be proud to employ these two
