Always get them to install items like this instead of trying yourself unless you're a plumber. You're not saving any money if you break it.

Installation of our Samsung Refrigerator was done by Best Buy Installers and did a great job. One door was dented and they brought another refrigerator but we asked them if they could just change the damaged door and they did. We are very happy with the service we received and the refrigerator we purchased. Best Buy is the best!

The guys did a great job. Brought the fridge down the basement. Were very careful not to hit the walls.

Fridge was installed after the old one was removed. Since this was stainless steel, it was wrapped up in a protective wrapper which was removed, but this thing is a finger print magnet. Perhaps using some latex gloves would help next time.

Delivery was uneventful and conducted without incident. My only complaint is that when we bought this frig, we specifically told the sales person we want to use this in the garage. Low and Behold once delivered and I read the manual closely this model is not considered "Garage Ready" meaning it won't operated below 60 degrees. The manual actually recommended the models that are garage ready. So making a long story short I was able to exchange the one delivered for a different model that was garage ready. That sales person could have saved me a bunch of time trying to unscrew the overlsight! We are still waiting for the replacement. Luckily for use we don't need this urgently and no harm in the wait.
