Quick and on time installation. I was surprised to see how quick they were. Great work.

Having them add the water line was a definite plus. While I am more than capable, If something went wrong, they would have to be the ones to fix it. He also reminded me to dump the 1st three pitchers water and the first batches of ice after 6 hours.

Didn't care for the sliding door to be left open during the install to where I had to keep closing it in the middle of the winter. Didn't care for all the work I had to do to prepare the path and home for them to come over to install. They broke half the threads off the water connection but still got things to work. They don't level the refrigerator nor remove the tape and the packing materials from inside the refrigerator but that's okay. I did like that the app gives you a checklist to go through before they get to your property and they let you track the truck the day of delivery. I like that they give me text notifications related.

Have had this for only over a mont, seems like a great vale for the money, looks very nice. We bought as a second fridge, but it would work for a smallish family, did not need the Icemaker. So far so good!

The Geek Squad was here exactly on time. They gave a courtesy call a half hour before arriving. They were friendly and went straight to work removing our old refrigerator and installing our new one. They hooked up the water and slid it in place, removing enough tape to check and make sure everything worked properly. The whole process took about a half hour. I was very impressed with the installer's efficiency. Many thanks to the Geek Squad once again for a job well done!

The team that came to take away the old refrig. and install the new one were very good. I was surprised at their customer service attention to detail. they removed the front door hinges and door and when they were done put it back. they attached the water line and tested, no leaks and they removed all plastic wrap they could see, their was more that I found later on. They put all the bins in and cleaned up. After reading all the bad reviews on the delivery service at Best Buy I was relived and surprised at how well mine went.

When our Whirlpool 32+ cubic foot French door style refrigerator-freezer died, the largest replacement we could find was a 28-CF, which was disappointing. My wife never liked the French door style, so we got a side-by-side this time. I do appreciate being able to get things out of the freezer without having to bend over so far. (I'm 6'4".) Surprisingly, we feel like we have plenty of room in this 28-CF. I think that it makes better use of the space. For the freezer we got shelf-size containers to put food in so that instead of having to bend over and rummage through random stacks of food, we just pull out a labeled container. My only complaint is about the water/ice dispenser. I use large insulated water mugs which I refill with ice and water several times a day. In my life I've never had a dispenser on which you have to tilt the top of the mug away from you to press against the top of the pads to dispense water/ice. Doing so makes it harder to see just how much water has gone into the mug so I have to worry about overflowing it. There is an option to dispense measured amounts of water, but that's not a perfect solution since the space available for water depends on the amount of ice put in. Other than that, we are very happy with this unit.

I do food donations and I get a bunch of food as a reward. I had to buy a new freezer to keep all this food. This is definitely worth all the money and this is an incredible chest freezer.

Spacious, quiet, and keeps everything perfectly cold. The ice and water dispenser works great, and the smart features are super convenient. Sleek look and very easy to clean. I’m really happy with this fridge!

I love the rail and alarm features. But the rails break very easily (1st one broke on one end in the first month, and the second one broke after 2 years- and from what I understand they are not repairable). Also the top baskets, that ride on the chest frame, appears to be causing quite a bit of frost buildup, leading me to question how maintainable is the internal temperature during a power outage (we get a few every year)…not to mention the clean up. Also the lid is constantly collapsing when trying to grab things from the bottom. It would be nice if there was some sort of feature to help prop it open so that cleaning is possible, but also grabbing things from the bottom without the door trying to trap you inside the freezer.

We purchased a refrigerator in early December of 2025 and choose to have it delivered and installed to a second-floor room in our house. The preparation checklist helped us prepare for the service and the ability to track the delivery team right up until arrival was extremely helpful. The team was very professional and exhibited the knowhow to navigate tricky corners and stairs. All and all, we were extremely please with the delivery and installation service.

Love the refrigerator. It’s too big for my room but it’s so pretty & my last refrigerator was so small. Only thing I didn’t care for was the lack of an instruction book and the box full of shelves with no instructions. It’s got a lot of neat extras, like a convenience door and wifi(?!). Also has some glue left from wrappings & there’s a lot of wrap. Lots of shelves, drawers & room & it is totally silent. Did I say it’s pretty? It does need a manual though. The crew that delivered went over it too quickly and smacked the house door on the way in.

Awesome space in this fridge. Fingerprints don’t show up like they do on many stainless products. Beautiful appearance. Would likely not purchase again though simply because of an issue with the ice maker. The issue is, the ice freezes together into huge pieces that aren’t easy to break up. This happens all the time, no exceptions. Definitely a major issue that they need to address. We were told nothing is deficient, just the way it is and we have to deal with it.

The delivery guys carried the fridge upstairs, unshrink wrapped it, plugged it in and made sure it worked. Delivery included removing the fridge doors and then reattaching them in my kitchen. There is no water hook up as I do not use an ice maker. One issue for me is that they told me to wait an hour before using it. Whirlpool says to wait 24 hours for the fridge to reach the cooling temperature. Whirlpool is correct. I had to get more ice and restock coolers until the next afternoon. I don’t remember ever having to wait 24 hours to use a new fridge.

Installer showed up on time. Heavy load for one person, could be a safety or health issue. Required calling geek squad to get final set up complete,with fixing air filter door, leveling of refrigerator and getting French doors even.. hard working guy, but two people probably would have caught minor issues. Refrigerator had a 2 1/2 inch gouge on side. Installer said he would submit photo for adjustment. Never happened have had to make numerous calls to customer service on their offer of gift card,which has not been finally approved.

The install was easy, the fridge works great. I happy.

The initial installation team was a disaster. They made no attempt to install the new refrigerator citing that the doorways were too small. Never mind that the existing refrigerator was the exact same size as the incoming unit. They didn't even try. Customer Service was awesome though. They listened to our concerns and the delivery/installation was rescheduled. The second team was very professional. They handled disconnecting the water supply, the old frig was removed. The new frig went right into place and was installed in record time. I will be in touch with Customer Service again regarding the first installation team. No one else should have to experience this.

Had a refrigerator installed -- about the largest one you can get -- last month. I was worried that the doors may have to be removed from it to get it in the doorway. I was already expecting to have to remove the front door to my home to have any shot of getting this beast in anyway. The installers arrived on time and were happy to remove my front door for me. They also didn't need to remove the doors from the fridge -- but they would have if it had been necessary -- and they quickly moved it into place and hooked up the water line accessory I also purchased. I think they were maybe on site for 15 minutes to test it all out and remove the front door and pop it back into place. Couldn't have been easier! I was very pleased.

Enjoying my New Whirlpool. I can’t complain it’s doing exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s roomy and it keeps my food at the right temperature what more can I ask for. Would have been perfect if it had come with an ice maker. But I still love it.

Very pleased with installation of refrigerator. Technicians were very professional and answered my questions after installing. It was a breeze and well worth the cost of delivery and installation.
