Best Buy is awesome at installing!

I seriously could not ask for a better installation! When we ran into a little "hiccup", Terry came up with a solution to allow everything to go as planned. Will definitely have best buy install any future appliances

Waterline connection

I only had to have a tube connected to fridge since there was a separate water line that was installed when my condo was built. Installer showed me how to work the inside line for a glass of water. Also told me that I should drain out 1 gallon before I drank any due to anything that might be in the fridge line from manufacturing. I did not have him turn on ice maker since I don’t use ice, bit was shown exactly how in case I decide to.

Outstanding Customer Service

I believe they mentioned that they weren’t allowed to deliver in the rain if there was no cover. They set it up quickly while explaining all the functions and initial operation of ice maker and water dispenser. Best Buy should be proud to employ these two
