Best Buy did a great job communicating the timeframe, and the delivery guys arrived exactly on time and were very professional. Did a great job leveling the new fridge and taking away the old one.

I give these two men installers the highest accolades that could ever be given from a customer. This refrigerator was a replacement because of the damage incurred from the initial delivery. These two men went above and beyond to make sure this was delivered in an A+++ condition. I They far exceeded my expectations and hopes!!!

Geek Squad rocked

We were running late getting the old one cleaned out, and they were patient and more than accommodating. They went the extra mile and then dome getting thold unit out and the new one in and set up. My wife was super stressed out over the whole thing, but the Geek Squad crew's terrific service made all the diffetence to her.
