There were very careful to avoid walls and took great care when getting into our kitchen. They hooked up the water for the ice maker and turned on the water (which the previous delivery/installation people did not do). They were very polite.

The door of the refridgerator was damaged. They told me how to get replacement and when that was delivered they fixed it promptly.

They carefully brought the refrigerator into our main level kitchen, hooked up the existing waterline, and made sure the refrigerator was level.

Refrigerator purchase

Both were very polite and professional. They did an awesome job bringing the new fridge into the house on a snowy day, and did an equally awesome job relocating the existing fridge to the garage. They answered all our questions and were great about explaining the features of the fridge. They told us their names, but I failed to write them down. I hope they both get credit for the excellent job they did in delivering our new fridge.
