Installation was fine but paid for parts not used

They got the old fridge out and installed the new one but had to replace the showcase door on a second trip as the first door did not work properly. They also connected the fridge to my existing Kinetico RO system. However, they did not have to use the 6 foot stainless steel water line that is a part of the sale. Although I have contacted my salesperson several times I have been unable to get this unused item refunded.

Installation

There were very careful to avoid walls and took great care when getting into our kitchen. They hooked up the water for the ice maker and turned on the water (which the previous delivery/installation people did not do). They were very polite.

They leveled the fridge side to side but not fore aft so the doors didnt sway to the close position. Also they didn’t remove any of the interior packaging; the delivery contract states they should have.

Awesome delivery & install

They removed the old frig, unhooking the water line cleanly w/o water spills, moved it to the garage, gave me time to clean the area underneath (ugh!) and installed the new frig quickly, hooking up the new water line. They went over the points of the new frig, asking if we had any questions, and left us with necessary paperwork for followup. They were very respectful and considerate. Very impressed with this phase of our purchase.
