They even removed the front door off the hinge so they wouldn’t risk scratching the refrigerator and even walked me through some of the features and maintenance for the filter.

Installers better than buying experience

The guys that delivered our fridge were top notch! They called 1/2 hour before delivery and had the refrigerator in the basement and reassembled in no time. Professional and courteous and well deserving of a tip.

Needing to talk to someone about what we ordered in February and should have rewards points. My husband Jeff used his card. Are they both attached together for points.

Refrigerator purchase

Refrigerator install

Water hookup instructions not so clear and it’s a 50/50 chance to get it right. Would be best if it’s more clear. So have to trust the installer I guess and will check for leaks over time. No leaks so far thankfully.

Didnt know wat tgey were doing so 2nd tine around we got geek squad. Always happy with their service

Professional and fast

They were careful and didn’t do any damage. My only complaint is that they showed up 4 hours early and we were not planning to be home when they showed up. We had to move other app around to get home in time to meet them and we had not prepped the installation location.
