Had a refrigerator installed -- about the largest one you can get -- last month. I was worried that the doors may have to be removed from it to get it in the doorway. I was already expecting to have to remove the front door to my home to have any shot of getting this beast in anyway. The installers arrived on time and were happy to remove my front door for me. They also didn't need to remove the doors from the fridge -- but they would have if it had been necessary -- and they quickly moved it into place and hooked up the water line accessory I also purchased. I think they were maybe on site for 15 minutes to test it all out and remove the front door and pop it back into place. Couldn't have been easier! I was very pleased.

The installation crew gave me about a 40 minute heads up on their delivery time which gave me plenty of time to get the freezer and the few items left in the refrigerator cleared out before their arrival. It was obvious these fellows had done this a time or three hundred because they went straight to work removing the front door and preparing the old fridge to be removed. They were very cautious navigating the old unit out and the new unit in taking great care to not make contact with the wall and counters especially in the one tight spot that had to traverse. They removed the old water line and installed the new one then checked for leaks after restoring the water supply. They attached the handles and slid it into place and we were set to go with our new fridge.

The delivery of my refrigerator was exceptional, I was originally told that the delivery would be between 3-5 on a Sunday but was pleaded that the delivery guys called me before noon and asked if they could deliver it early.. I had already removed the old unit and had it sitting in the driveway when they arrived. The new unit needed the doors taken off so that it would fit through the doorway, no problems- the guys had the tools with them and had the doors off in a matter of minutes. Once inside, one guy hooked up the waterline and the other guy maneuvered it into place. They then hooked up the waterline and checked for leaks- no leaks were found so they slid it in to position. The tech went over all the features and explained how everything worked- he asked for a pan so that he could run some water through the lines to clean them before leaving. The whole delivery was completed in less than 30 minutes. The delivery guys were very professional and did a perfect job. I will have no problems using them again in the future.

The installation professionals were early, efficient, and very professional. They had a can do attitude and didn’t hesitate to talk through how to get the new refrigerator in my older house as safely as possible. I so appreciated their knowledge and excellent work ethic.

Loving my fridge! It has been almost a year and it has worked flawlessly. The 4 types of ice is a game changer and super easy to clean as well. They installed it easily with no issues!

I was very impressed with the expertise shown by the two technicians that came to install my new freezer. It was totally obvious they knew their business. What impressed my the most was that although they could see exactly where the freezer was to go, they took the time to ask and have me explain my wishes before they began. It was refreshing to experience this!

Installation for the fridge was excellent, but the scheduling was horrible. Initially, I had issue with scheduling delivery cause they wanted four people to move fridge. I didn't believe four people were necessary and asked to have it installed with two man team. The two man team who delivered fridge, refused to install fridge and said it required four man. Eventually the four man team was sent but only two were needed to install fridge. The two who stayed were quick and efficient in installing fridge. Wish they had sent the two who installed my fridge originally cause it seems the first two just were lazy and didn't want to install fridge. Installation of fridge took about a half hour or so cause they had to remove doors on fridge to get through the door.

Installers switched door opening and handles with care and connected to water supply. Installers were very careful bringing fridge into home and putting into place. Very efficient, but a little difficult with English communication.

When our Whirlpool 32+ cubic foot French door style refrigerator-freezer died, the largest replacement we could find was a 28-CF, which was disappointing. My wife never liked the French door style, so we got a side-by-side this time. I do appreciate being able to get things out of the freezer without having to bend over so far. (I'm 6'4".) Surprisingly, we feel like we have plenty of room in this 28-CF. I think that it makes better use of the space. For the freezer we got shelf-size containers to put food in so that instead of having to bend over and rummage through random stacks of food, we just pull out a labeled container. My only complaint is about the water/ice dispenser. I use large insulated water mugs which I refill with ice and water several times a day. In my life I've never had a dispenser on which you have to tilt the top of the mug away from you to press against the top of the pads to dispense water/ice. Doing so makes it harder to see just how much water has gone into the mug so I have to worry about overflowing it. There is an option to dispense measured amounts of water, but that's not a perfect solution since the space available for water depends on the amount of ice put in. Other than that, we are very happy with this unit.

My Insignia Freezer/Refrigerator is working perfectly. The installers set it up and all has been great! Lots of room and just the right size for my needs.

The refrigerator works great. The delivery on the other hand was a nightmare. They sent me an open box unit when I purchased a new one. According to the driver, the warehouse was aware that I purchased a new unit, but they told him to deliver it anyway. Unbelievable, I obviously sent the open box unit back. I called BestBuy customer service and set up another delivery for the next day, I had to take a half day off from work to receive delivery. When they got to my place, there was no refrigerator. The driver said he had a service call order for a refrigerator that was delivered a day earlier. After 1 week of back and forth, I finally got it straightened out. Make sure to tighten water filter for it to work properly. The BestBuy employee who installed the unit did not screw the filter in fully, resultingly, there was a chlorinated flavor/odor to the water. I discovered the problem and corrected it myself.

Delivery was great. Two technicians hauled away my old refrigerator, and assembled and installed my new one with a new water line. The whole process was completed in 20 minutes. However, later in the day I noticed the top of two doors were slightly off. The top of the left door was slightly higher than the top right. Adjusting the doors with the provided wrench didn’t work. A level indicated the front needed to be leveled, and the left rear need a shim installed. The doors now alighn perfectly.

Love the Thor refrigerator. Expect a long wait for installation w possible delays. However when crew arrived to install they were very professional and had refrigerator up and running in no time. Over the holidays we had no problem keeping the ice coming. Just pull ice to front of tray and it continually makes more. Counter depth is perfect, looks like a built in. Plenty of room inside and I am still able to reach to the back of refrigerator. Double freezer drawers are great, easy to keep organized. The only thing that would improve this refrigerator would be to have an interior water dispenser. Great product would highly recommend.

Great fridge for the value! Pros: - Ice Maker works great! We enjoy our ice and we have not run out of ice. The ice maker can keep up with our demand. - A lot of space! Cons: - Loud. There is a loud hum (not annoying, but audible) - Ice/Water selector can get confusing. One button and you want to use each icon to select.

We really like the way our new Fridedaire refrigerator looks and the little bit of extra room has really made a difference. We usually reach inside to retrieve ice cubes at night because the door mechanism is so loud, but to reach over the top of the ice makeer/storage in the freezer is VERY HIGH...also the there is no spring on the fridge door, so when you open it, you better catch it or it will swing all the way back and crash into whatever is there...in our case it is the pantry door....ouch! We are panning on purchasing a door stopper to install on the wall to stop it from doing that. The frigerator keeps our food just cold enough and other than the ice recepticle, the freezer portion holds a lot of food and had a lot of ways to separate it. Overall our new fridgerator is excellent!

The installation of our new Whirlpool Refrigerator was done very professionally and efficiently. The gentlemen installed the refrigerator very quickly and without any issues. They were also very courteous in providing us information on the refrigerator and answering any questions we had on the refrigerator and the installation.

Great price (was on sale) for a large top freezer refrigerator. GE brand was nice and roomy in both the refrigerator and freezer. Have only had it a month but so far, everything is working well!

Made this purchase online-also purchased a washer and dryer. Delivery amazing! 2 gentlemen who delivered were very professional-really looked at best options to get appliances in-and completed process very carefully and quickly. Really appreciated this as I made this purchase for my NEW home. The fridge looks amazing and even better in the house-really great size. I was debating on whether to get the counter depth or this size-I am really glad I went this route. It does not stick out to much and I have lots more space than I would with a counter depth for a better price. The fridge had 2 dents upon unwrapping-nothing the delivery team did-but without question-the Best Buy team put another in route-while allowing me to keep the original-exchange and return. Smooth process all the way around from Best Buy-very happy with Fridge and delivery-installation process.
