They were very cautious bringing the refrigerator in the door. You could tell these young men had been very well trained. Everything was cleaned up when leaving. They explained the refrigerator to us in very great detail. I have told everyone about the service you get from Best Buy

Quick and professional

The two young men who delivered the refrigerator seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They very quickly measured the doorway; removed the doors from the refrigerator in order to have it pass through the doorway and into the kitchen where it was to be placed. The 2 men seemed to work well together and were able to quickly reassemble the refrigerator.

Unprofessional installation

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I paid for professional installation which I thought they were Supposed to remove all packaging and tape from outside and inside of refrigerator but was told by Robert that I had to remove tape on inside. I didn’t have to much of a problem with that but when I read the manual it said that the refrigerator had to be leveled with the front higher than back or it could ruin the refrigerator but he did not do that. If my refrigerator messes up then Best Buy will be responsible for replacing since their tech did not do what he was paid to do. Very unprofessional.
