One problem though was they never bothered to level it before they left. Open the right side door and the fridge was wobbly. Had to call them to come back and fix it. They came right away. No big deal..knocked off one star for that though...

They got the old fridge out and installed the new one but had to replace the showcase door on a second trip as the first door did not work properly. They also connected the fridge to my existing Kinetico RO system. However, they did not have to use the 6 foot stainless steel water line that is a part of the sale. Although I have contacted my salesperson several times I have been unable to get this unused item refunded.

We had three different installers the first two couldn't figure out how to attach the water supply to a Fisher Paykel refrigerator. The third installer seemed to do it with no problems. This review is for the third installer.

Water hookup instructions not so clear and it’s a 50/50 chance to get it right. Would be best if it’s more clear. So have to trust the installer I guess and will check for leaks over time. No leaks so far thankfully.

Otherwise, an excellent job. They were careful, had aligned the doors perfectly, and provided helpful hints about all the functions.
