Our two installers could not have been more professional and nice. They were very careful removing the old refrigerator and bringing the new refrigerator in. They were very efficient and offered to help us with any questions we had regarding operation and the best way to purge the water/ice system. They were very conscientious in adhering to Covid protocols. They should be complimented for their superior service.

refrigerator function well and has more space than expected. the location of the shelves are not optimal especially the drawer in the middle of the top shelve. Also the shelf on the door cannot comfortable store milk cartons without hitting the top of the shelf when removing it.

Love this refrigerator it look great in black . Its a lot of space and it also very roomier.

The delivery was quick and the guys were able to move the refrigerator in to the space without removing the doors, my only complaint is they pushed the unit to far into the space and the door when it opened against a wall scratched the paint on the Black Stainless. Perhaps the black stainless needs to be more durable.

Delivery was on time and installation and removal was very professional. The best buy delivery time window of 4 hours is too wide and there is no way to contact the delivery people to find out when exactly the delivery will take place.

Amazing installation crew. Very professional and expert at a perfect installation. It was a joy to watch the install team work together like it had been choreographed. No dents, dings, leaks or debris left behind. They were very polite and all were great ambassadors for BestBuy. I have referred several of my friends to BestBuy for their appliance needs. Why..... Very careful, courteous and knowledgeable installers. I would have given them five stars but I had to pull out the refrigerator after they left because the clear film was on the refrigerator sides. I wish they would have done that during installation.
