Having them add the water line was a definite plus. While I am more than capable, If something went wrong, they would have to be the ones to fix it. He also reminded me to dump the 1st three pitchers water and the first batches of ice after 6 hours.

What a refrigerator on Friday evening online, delivery was scheduled for Monday. Got a text detailing delivery times asking when I would like to select. Selected morning delivery, text on Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. said delivery would arrive at 8:40 a.m. it gave me a list of requirements to get ready which was a awesome help I had to move items out of the way not to mention off the top of my old refrigerator the list they provided was very helpful. At 8:20 a.m. Brandon and assistant Trey arrived and started unpacking the box refrigerator outside. They were very efficient and friendly. Very careful as they carried the refrigerator into the house into the kitchen and proceeded to unpack it, plugged it in adjusted the level and it just a great job. I'm very happy with there delivery service! And best of all, it was FREE!

I love the rail and alarm features. But the rails break very easily (1st one broke on one end in the first month, and the second one broke after 2 years- and from what I understand they are not repairable). Also the top baskets, that ride on the chest frame, appears to be causing quite a bit of frost buildup, leading me to question how maintainable is the internal temperature during a power outage (we get a few every year)…not to mention the clean up. Also the lid is constantly collapsing when trying to grab things from the bottom. It would be nice if there was some sort of feature to help prop it open so that cleaning is possible, but also grabbing things from the bottom without the door trying to trap you inside the freezer.

The installation went perfectly. It was so nice to not hear my husband yelling and cussing, as he usually does when doing something like this. The guys were wonderful!

Love the new refrigerator. Plenty of room. Visibility inside looking for something is amazing. Also the freezer is easy to access all that’s inside.

The 3 man crew delivered the unit on time and the hard way, up the front stairs and into the house. The front door storm door frame impeded the smooth entry, the crew stopped assessed the problem, removed the door handle mounts and brought the unit into place! They quickly installed the new water line, charged the system and checked for leaks. The old unit was loaded onto the truck and hauled off! Fast, professional and polite! Great Job!!

I love the Samsung refrigerator with the 4 door. I especially like the flex compartment which is where I keep my vegetables. I had a hard time findng a refrigerator that was large enough. This works great and the lay out is perfect.When they delivered it and took it out of the box at my house, There was a a small dent on the outside top door. They left the refrigerator at my house and I used while they got a replacement. I knew that day when they would deliver and install my refrigerator. Everything worked liked a charm. The two guys were very helpful, polite, and work masks the whole time.

install went ok, nice folks. but doors were not aligned and fridge was too high in the front, had not checked that it is levelled, but oh well, it is the 4th fridge we try to get to work and it seems to work this time, grateful for that!

The refrigerator installation to our existing water line was quick and efficient. After installation, the tech tested everything to be certain we would not experience any issues. Great job!

This is the ideal sized fridge for two or three people. Any bigger means you fill it with crap that you will toss out. Better than the ideal size is the four doors to three spaces. The top doors are French, open to a single fridge space. The bottom two open to separate freezer spaces. The external door handles are flush and so there is no handle extending into the kitchen. there is no ice maker so there is all that usable space inside the fridge and freezer. It’s quiet and beautiful and simple and functional. You will be better off with a smaller fridge and this one is ideal.

Spacious, quiet, and keeps everything perfectly cold. The ice and water dispenser works great, and the smart features are super convenient. Sleek look and very easy to clean. I’m really happy with this fridge!

Awesome space in this fridge. Fingerprints don’t show up like they do on many stainless products. Beautiful appearance. Would likely not purchase again though simply because of an issue with the ice maker. The issue is, the ice freezes together into huge pieces that aren’t easy to break up. This happens all the time, no exceptions. Definitely a major issue that they need to address. We were told nothing is deficient, just the way it is and we have to deal with it.

The install was easy, the fridge works great. I happy.

First the bad: Seems pretty common these days that the new kits/hoses used to connect appliances often do not fit the fixtures in older houses. I feel the installers should be aware of this and come prepared with adaptors that fit what used to be the standard sizes. I would have been happy to pay for the part(s). Instead, I had to run to a hardware store, buy an adaptor, and then struggle connecting the refrigerator to the water supply at the wall. I'm not a plumber so it took a several tries to get it tight enough to stop dripping. The refrigerator was supposed to come with an air filter but this did not get installed during the delivery/installation. The good: The new refrigerator was surprisingly deep and did not fit through my front door. The installers did a great job removing the doors (and my front door) and then putting everything back the way things were.

I do food donations and I get a bunch of food as a reward. I had to buy a new freezer to keep all this food. This is definitely worth all the money and this is an incredible chest freezer.

The first refrigerator that was delivered to our house had a dent on the side, unfortunately. However, the two men who took out our old one and sent up the new one were very professional, took great care going in and out our back door with the bulky refrigerators, and set everything up efficiently. One week later we had a different experience when a second (undented) refrigerator was delivered by two different men who were not so careful taking the dented refrig out our back door. Best Buy outsources their deliveries, so I still think Best Buy should get top rating. The relatively minor damage done to our property has been repaired.

Arrived on time. Installation was seamless. Very professional and polite. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions the refrigerator could not be completely unwrapped during installation. Upon unwrapping the refrigerator I discovered a dent in the freezer door. I am currently using the installed unit until a replacement refrigerator arrives.

The team that came and set up my refrigerator was very nice but felt like they were rushed, i didnt know having the refrigerator door changed to the otherside was an option for me. Now my refrigerator opens wrong and very inconvenient I wouldve really appreciated them taking the time and asking which side would be better suited for the space
