They moved the old one to the curb(to be picked up by the city), and put the new one right where the other one had been. I asked them to wait just long enough to sweep up the dirt, stuff, etc. that was under the old one. One of the men took the broom and did it for me. Thank you very much helping me. I will tell everyone I know to go to Best Buy.

Sadly the fridge didn't fit initially

My only complaint is that they took all the plastic off before actually getting the fridge in it's intended spot, so now it's full of prints poking out in the middle of my kitchen. A little frustrating

Did a great job moving my old refrigerator/freezer into the basement. They gave me good tips on how to get all the crazy packaging off and although they couldn't hook up the waterline due to where my shut-off was located (in the basement, not behind the fridge), they gave me good tips on how to do it myself. Would definitely trust them again.
