Great Installation

Very professional and expert at a perfect installation. It was a joy to watch the install team work together like it had been choreographed. No dents, dings, leaks or debris left behind. They were very polite and all were great ambassadors for BestBuy. I have referred several of my friends to BestBuy for their appliance needs. Why..... They are the best.

I would have given them five stars but I had to pull out the refrigerator after they left because the clear film was on the refrigerator sides. I wish they would have done that during installation.

New Fridge

Got fridge through narrow doorway of our older home without a scratch! leveled it and hooked up water line in less than 30.minutes. Took them longer to unwrap it from all its packaging than to install.

Damage from improper installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not have geek squad connect you water line on your delivered refrigerator. They improperly installed ours and a slow leak developed ruining a section of our laminate flooring as no water was visible because the leak was behind the refrigerator and slow enough that it just seeped under the floor and buckled the laminate floor. Now, the installers are not accepting responsibility for their mistake and I am fighting with the claims group (for 2-months so far) to try and get reimbursement for the 1k cost to repair the flooring. Additionally, claims does not respond to requests for status updates or anything. Of course, Best Buy has washed their hands of this since they use Sedgwick to handle damage claims. Very dissatisfied.

It took them 3 tries to actually get our fridge delivered. First try - delivery team refused to bring the unit up our driveway. Too much of an incline. Second try - cancelled 10 minutes after reconfirming. No reason other than no staff available. Third try was a charm. Team of 2 got it done. They were professional and friendly. 5 stars for them. BUT ZERO STARS for Best Buy's delivery service in general. ZERO!
