Freezer was off loaded and setup for me in just a few minutes. They cleaned up all packing materials and left the work area neat as a pin.

In, Out, No Fuss, No ooopps.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was expecting a refrigerator dolly banging on each step, having to back up to my front door because it is a wide door, crossing the lawn, rolling the dolly across the hardwood floors, etc. NO OF THAT. They removed the door handles on the refrigerator so it would fit through my 28" door, used a forearm strap lift and the two guys carried it in. The old refrigerator went out the same way. Not a scuff nor scratch on the house. Water line connected and in a very short time they were pulling out of the drive. Well worth it.

Friendly and Safe

Did a great job moving my old refrigerator/freezer into the basement. They gave me good tips on how to get all the crazy packaging off and although they couldn't hook up the waterline due to where my shut-off was located (in the basement, not behind the fridge), they gave me good tips on how to do it myself. Would definitely trust them again.

Smooth Installation

They knew what to do and how to do quickly and well. They cleaned up any debris after the installation. Also very nice, polite and respectful of our property. The entire process was great.
