Seamless installation of our new refrigerator. Awesome job!

Overall we are very happy with the installation. The waterline was hooked up and is working great. However, the installers left all the shelving an trays packed and inside for us to remove. They also did not offer any instruction other than pointing out the user manual. But the refrigerator fit great and was up and running in no time.

The delivery & install team did a great job. They were actually exchanging a defective unit that I had delivered the week before, from the same 3rd party company BB contracted. They took the time to protect the flooring. They leveled the unit (Which the first time around that team did not do), installed the handles, connected the water, installed the filter, and verified everything was working properly. This unit was going up to the second floor on two sets of stairs, if you measure the unit it will fit with the stair railing attached but would be very tight. Instead of risking damage to the unit, they removed the railing and then screwed it back in when they were done. It would of been quicker for them to just leave the railing and probably scrape the unit and hope the protective film protects it, but these guys took the time to be very careful which is appreciated as I have had other large items delivered by other companies and they would not take the time to remove the railing to make a little more room to manuever properly. Thank you!

The delivery guys carried the fridge upstairs, unshrink wrapped it, plugged it in and made sure it worked. Delivery included removing the fridge doors and then reattaching them in my kitchen. There is no water hook up as I do not use an ice maker. One issue for me is that they told me to wait an hour before using it. Whirlpool says to wait 24 hours for the fridge to reach the cooling temperature. Whirlpool is correct. I had to get more ice and restock coolers until the next afternoon. I don’t remember ever having to wait 24 hours to use a new fridge.

We are very happy with the purchase. (Refrigerator) it has more room than the old one. It works fantastic. Lot of ice, easy to open and close. Also to clean its exterior. We need to mention that we had an excellent service, nice people making the delivery, very pleasant staff.

I really like my new whirlpool refrigerator. It fits nicely in the kitchen, is spacious, and looks really nice. Its easy to clean on the outside. My only complaint so far is the 2 bottom bins that hold drinks, are a little flimsy.

Everything went great with the fridge install. Quick and easy process and have had no issues with it at all the last few months!

again, the crew was great and it was a service i was glad I paid for. Spend a few dollars and dont think about the installation

We really love this Refrigerator. It makes ice super quick, refills the water jug as soon as you close the door and keeps everything nice and cold, Plenty of room to store all our groceries. The only complaint is the shelves. We tried to separate the adjustable shelves and they just don't sit right on there own. A little nervous of there breaking, so we reconnected them. We have a small galley kitchen and the fridge fits perfectly. Super easy to clean the stainless steal. I just wipe with a damp cloth and buff with a paper towel. No streaks

Very pleased with installation of refrigerator. Technicians were very professional and answered my questions after installing. It was a breeze and well worth the cost of delivery and installation.

The installers arrived in pouring rain and despite some miscommunication on my order sheet, happily hauled away my old unit they were unaware they needed to, then took apart the new unit to fit it through my door and still had it up and running in 30 minutes. Gave me a quick tutorial and left, wire to wire in under an hour.

I would have preferred to not have gotten the $120 discount and there was no dent in my new stainless refrigerator. Then a 3rd party contractor called in the middle of Best Buy negotiating with me the dent discount, asking about the delivery, and she knew nothing about Best Buy's promise to remove the ice maker because she was a third party. It was truly bad timing. The icemaker did not get removed as promised by Best Buy. The delivery of the refrigerator was a near impossible task and the workmen are heroic and did a great job, despite the odds.

The crew came during the window they were scheduled and went right to work moving a full size refrgerator up our narrow townhouse stairs. They appeared to be miricle workers and faster than I would have expected it was installed and ready for use. Even with the narrow stairs they were extremely professional with the move and no damage to the drywall.

Guys came in, my wife at home, they are respectful, easy going, quick and they care what they are doing

We purchased a refrigerator in early December of 2025 and choose to have it delivered and installed to a second-floor room in our house. The preparation checklist helped us prepare for the service and the ability to track the delivery team right up until arrival was extremely helpful. The team was very professional and exhibited the knowhow to navigate tricky corners and stairs. All and all, we were extremely please with the delivery and installation service.
