They dismantled and removed my old refrigerator very quickly and were careful navigating around the other furniture (I,e area rug, dining room table) when exiting my home. They set up the new fridge and checked to make sure that everything was operable. The whole process took less than an hour.

This is a bare bones setup
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The delivery guy did connect the stainless steel hose from the new fridge to the water line. At our request he did NOT push the fridge against the wall until making sure there were no leaks (ran water through the dispenser). I don't know if this is usually done. He did install the water filter. He said it was level before using our level to double check (it wasn't); but continued to adjust it until it was leveled properly. This needed to be done after it was put into place. He did not "demonstrate" basic operation - as was promised; but left us with this French door refrigerator with all the shelving, bins, etc still shrink wrapped and taped inside. There was no way of knowing if everything was there or if there was any damage. He/they were in a big hurry to leave. That being said, they did the water connection correctly (so far, so good). Just keep in mind that there really is no "set up" and "demonstration of basic operation."
