Technicians arrived as scheduled after phone call stating delivery time. The technicians were professional and courteous. I had all my questions answered and they removed my other refrigerator as well. I wouldn’t have any issues using Best Buy in the future the technicians took very good care of my purchase, provided a safe environment for my family and respected my home. Thank you for pleasant experience.

Very professional and timely and quick. Excellent communication. Good thing I didn't make a lot of plans that day because they were early, meaning they called for an arrival before the window of time I had been given. Not taking stars away because the earlier arrival was beneficial to me!

Great experience with the installation. I expected a call and did not see the email about the delivery time. I had not emptied the refrigerator or freezer completely and was more than pleased with the patience the gentleman had while I did that.

The guys did an excellent job installing the refrigerator and connecting it to our waterline.

the delivery man brought the parts and installed the new line without any issues. However, my husband had to get down under the sink cabinet and turn the water to the line off before disconnect and back on once connected. Lucky he was home to do that for me. I thought the installer could have done that as part of the process

The purchase of the frig quickly became horrible. Waited from August 28 to October 7 to get it. Then it could not ve installed and sat in my living room for 7days. Deliver 1 could not install because of old refrig walled ice maker connection. I had the get plumber to disconnect; 4 days passed. 2nd installer refused to move anything because of rain. 3 day wait for installer/removal to finally occur. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE, "the good, the bad, and the ugly". I WILL NEVER ORDER A LARGE APPLIANCE FROM THIS STORE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE SUBCONTRACTED DELIVERY COMPANY USED.

The technician quickly connected the waterline. The whole process was quick and efficient.

WE WERE BILLED $40TO HAVE OUR O0LD APPLIANCE TAKEN AWAY...WE WERE TOLD THAT THEMAMOUNT WOULS BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE BILL MIF THEY DIDNT PROVIDE THE SERVICWE. WE HAD IT REMOVED... STILL WAITING FOR $40

The installers did an excellent job hooking up the water line to my new refrigerator. They were quick, tidy and professional.

I paid for delivery, and was told a certain company would be arriving at a certain time. The delivery men did show up on time, but the truck had a different name on it. That made me curious and nervous. The two men were polite, and did their job quickly. At the end, I had to sign the delivery paper, and was looking for my glasses. I did not like when one of the men told me where my glasses were. He had been looking around my home too much for my comfort. I reported this before, and no one ever contacted me about this. Best Buy should monitor and correct this action for customers safety.

It was fast and efficient and also clean I didn’t have the time so the did it in a proper and professional way..

My new frig is awesome!! Looks so stylish and is so well designed for optimal capacity.

So far so good quality and much room in freezer and refrigerator.
