Refrigerator

Did not remove shipping tape from doors or shelves. Did not go over features. Did not level, press on corner and unit will rock. Also dishwasher to be delivered at same time was not. Told out of stock but was at warehouse, drove 3 hours, picked up & installed unit myself. The unit itself is very nice. Best Buy installation not worth the cost.

Disappointed customer

I returned the first brand new refrigerator because it was making an annoying buzzing sound. The replacement was even worse. This noise sounds like a cat being strangled.

The bare minimum.

Arrived in a non Best Buy truck, came to the door with no mention of Best Buy. After I asked if they were delivering a refrigerator, 1 guy finally spoke. They quickly brought it in, hooked it up. Aside from telling me to wash the interior before using, that was it. They were gone. Within 2 minutes the freezer door alarm started beeping and kept beeping. Long story short, it was not user error, but a malfunctioning product that required replacement. If the installers had spent just a few more minutes during install to see if all was working properly, it would have saved much user aggravation, calls to manufacturer & a service call.

GE Refrigerator

They brought the refrigerator in without damaging anything. Everything was hooked up correctly. Explained what I needed to do with the water and ice preparation which is very easy.They picked up and took the shipping box and foam packing with them. I’m very happy!!

LG Refrigerator

The only complaint is that Luis did not know how to shut the water off on my old fridge so quite a bit of water flowed over my kitchen floor.
