Delivery Needs Improvements

The delivery men did show up on time, but the truck had a different name on it. That made me curious and nervous. The two men were polite, and did their job quickly. At the end, I had to sign the delivery paper, and was looking for my glasses. I did not like when one of the men told me where my glasses were. He had been looking around my home too much for my comfort. I reported this before, and no one ever contacted me about this. Best Buy should monitor and correct this action for customers safety.

Great installers

They were efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. The advice that they offered and isntructions for use of the appliance was worth thr price - not to mention dismantling the screen door (and putting it back) and doing everything else needed to install the refrigerator. A great team!

Knowledgeable installers

We were called and given a time frame for delivery and installation. They were prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable about what they were doing which involved quite a bit of assembling and attaching. It was one of our better experiences with deliveries and installation of appliances.

My only complaint is that the delivery person removed my front door to bring the unit in. When we reinstalled my door, it wasn’t working properly. When questioned the delivery guy, he claimed my door was already like that. Beware!

STILL WAITING FOR $40
