The purchase of the frig quickly became horrible. Waited from August 28 to October 7 to get it. Then it could not ve installed and sat in my living room for 7days. Deliver 1 could not install because of old refrig walled ice maker connection. I had the get plumber to disconnect; 4 days passed. 2nd installer refused to move anything because of rain. 3 day wait for installer/removal to finally occur. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE, "the good, the bad, and the ugly". I WILL NEVER ORDER A LARGE APPLIANCE FROM THIS STORE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE SUBCONTRACTED DELIVERY COMPANY USED.

THE GUYS CAME RIGHT IN AND STARTED GETTING TO WORK. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. VERY PROFESSIONAL

The professional installation team is great. The team led by Zach was very professional, personable and quick.

I do not even know where to start,,,,he goes!!! Our new fridge was a VERY tight fit and the install crew was AMAZING. Had to remove both doors and the bottom freezer door as well. Very tight fir and the install team was GREAT!!! I cannot say enough great things about the install team. Thanks for a great experience Best Buy. YOU ROCK IT!!! Buy from with confidence!!! AWESOME JOB!

I was afraid of were to turn off main water but these guys knew everything and were fast and clean

We love the fridge. The look is sleek and the backlit interior is luxurious on the grey. Would have 5 stars if our first one didn’t have an issue with the freezer door not sealing. Also the middle chiller box is under simplified in its capability.

They put it in really quick and didn't damage anything and showed me how to use it. Great service.

Some starts and stops with scheduling but we got the job done.

My new Frigidaire refrigerator was installed by the delivery guys from Best Buy. They were quick and efficient. The only problem was they did not complete a thorough inspection before leaving. When I went to fill the bins into the freezer section, I noticed one of The rails was not attached properly. This has still not been corrected.

The team was very helpful to get the freezer put into place, hooked up, and turned on.

The men who delivered my refrigerator were AWESOME. There was a problem in the beginning with a truck being broken into. Marcus came to the rescue. I even forgot two items in the old frig and he came back by the house so I could get them. The helper of Marcus I don't know his name but both were very pleasant and helpful.

Installation crew was polite, clean, fast, knowledgeable, and professional.

This seems like a small thing to have done. But after the Texas Freeze of 2021 the value of having Geek Squad was important. A friend of ours water line broke at the refrigerator as part of the freeze and they are having to replace most of their kitchen. Have the pros install things give you extra protection against the unexpected. Or can save you from miss installation.

Easy in and out. No hassles. They knew their products and educated what to expect.
