Luckily, I had a contractor there with some tools and freed up valve. Installers quickly hooked up the refrigerator with the water line. Moved old fridge to garage. Left in a hurry! Should have wiped off new fridge clean of finger prints. Otherwise very friendly and polite.

ONE PROBLEM HOWEVER - the new refrigerator didn't have a water/ice dispenser while the old one did. about an hour after they left, i found a flood in my kitchen because, even though i asked them to do it, they never capped the water line. if they would have at least told me they couldn't or wouldn't do it, i would have known and done it myself before the flood, in hindsight, i now wish i didn't tip them.
