Fully functional setup, including wifi setup made it so much easier to maintain. Feel a lot more comfortable that I purchased insurance just in case anything were to happen. Its been a few months and it was worth the price tag. Recommend

Stand up freezer

First freezer had a dent underneath from factory. Easy to miss. Called service they replaced within 48 hours with a new freezer which was delivered and set up, the other one taken away. Delivery techs were very professional, apologetic and courteous. I would recommend!

third party installations waste time and money

They were NOT switched before delivery. The delivery man was not pleased and he complained about it. He also put his greasy dirty hand prints all over the refrigerator and didn't clean it very well. There were issues which had to be resolved and the Geek Squad had to come to my home to resolve those issues. Had a good delivery service been used (perhaps NOT a third party) the work would be done right the first time saving time and money for the consumer as well as to BEST BUY. The delivery people rushed and banged into my doorway in the kitchen and chipped the paint...Because of their ineptitude i would be inclined to never purchase a large appliance from Best Buy again.

Garage Fridge

My only complain is that it was delivered to the wrong address and it was very inconvenient for my family, we had to wait 2 more weeks to be re-delivered.
