WAS VERY GOOD AT HIS JOB. WORKED QUICKLY. PLACED ALL PARTS IN FRIGERATOR. CLEANED UP THE MESS. HAVE NO NEGATIVE REMARKS ABOUT THERE DELIVERY.

Still was having trouble getting water out of the dispenser. Had to pull out refrigerator and fix the stainless still coil that was told would not kink?? After WE fixed it, it started working and so far has been great even though this is just a loaner.

Everything got hooked up and is working the way it should! Nothing was damaged in the process either. Which is always a plus.

The delivery team was very professional and courteous. They were very careful to not damage anything while on premises. They were knowledgeable about the hookup and set up of the new appliance. That is one of the reasons I purchase delivery items from BestBuy, competent and professional delivery people.

I could not be any happier with my delivery and installation of my fridge from Best Buy. They were on time. They called ahead to confirm. They were so polite and courteous. They took away my old appliances and installed the new one and went over how it all worked. No one gives service like this anymore!!! They were awesome!

The professional installation was great into the refrigerator.

Our salesman did not give us all the information need for the installation of the connecting the water to our ice maker in our new refrigerator. Refrigerator delivered on Monday and delivery guys would not install the stainless steel line to a plastic water line. We were told they would install for us at store and not informed we has to have a copper line or stainless steel line from the water source in lower level thru the floor to the refrigerator location. So no install on Monday and new refrigerator in our garage till Friday morning. New line ran and guys came on Friday and installed stainless steel line and water line is connected to new refrigerator and working fine. No leaks and we feel the stainless steel line and copper line will last longer and will not likely leak. Quick work by guys on Friday and high five to them for a job well done.

Delivery personnel were very mindful of the walls while carrying an oversize chest freezer. Had to deal with basement stairs and tight turns. They got the freezer into position, started it, and explained how the controls worked and how long until it reached temperature settings. Excellent service.

The delivery team arrived in the middle of my given time window, so no problem there. Before entering, they made sure that their shoes were clean before entering. Of course, they wore face masks throughout the entire time. I asked one of the two team members for a small favor, and he was able to oblige. I liked how he went out of the way to make sure that I, the customer, was happy with his service.
