Quick, efficient installation

The only problem was that they scratched our Hardwood floor during the process of getting it into place. It does look like insurance from Best Buy will take care of it.

Pleased Customer

They called to let me know they were coming and were on time. They removed the old cooler and all of the rubbish associated with the new cooler. When they left, I did not have to do a thing to clean up after them.

GE Refrigerator

They brought the refrigerator in without damaging anything. Everything was hooked up correctly. Explained what I needed to do with the water and ice preparation which is very easy.They picked up and took the shipping box and foam packing with them. I’m very happy!!

Good thing I didn't make a lot of plans that day because they were early, meaning they called for an arrival before the window of time I had been given. Not taking stars away because the earlier arrival was beneficial to me!

Best Buy Appliance Service is Top Notch

I have ordered from the competition (Home Depot) and they were absolutely terrible. Best Buy is consistently excellent and now purchase all my appliances from them just because the service is so dependable and of high quality.

Showed up on time, were kind, enjoyed their job, checked to make sure it worked and did not leak. Have a quick tutorial and most importantly they cleaned up after themselves.
