I could not be any happier with my delivery and installation of my fridge from Best Buy. They were on time. They called ahead to confirm. They were so polite and courteous. They took away my old appliances and installed the new one and went over how it all worked. No one gives service like this anymore!!! They were awesome!

Always get them to install items like this instead of trying yourself unless you're a plumber. You're not saving any money if you break it.

Unfortunately, we did have a small flood on the tile. Otherwise, an excellent job. They were careful, had aligned the doors perfectly, and provided helpful hints about all the functions.

These guys came in & easily brought in our new refrigerator & carried out the old. The tech guys quickly set up the refrigerator, making certain everything was functioning properly & making certain we understood everything we needed to know. Love the new LG refrigerator, it’s space with room for everything we need. I hope it will last for many many years!

The installers that replaced my fridge was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. They did a great job.

The technician was great. Quick and knowledgeable. He called to let us know he was on the way. Dispatcher was a little stuck up. Threatened us that if we weren’t there in 15 minutes they would leave and we would have to reschedule. Fortunately I had the technicians number and he said not to worry. He understands traffic and would be waiting. The dispatcher acted like she was doing us a favor by delivering the product we paid for and paid for delivery.

Tools worked flawlessly. Installation was a breeze with it.
