Careful delivery of oversized item

Had to deal with basement stairs and tight turns. They got the freezer into position, started it, and explained how the controls worked and how long until it reached temperature settings. Excellent service.

Do it yourself

Don't want those two guys delivering anything else to my house. They couldn't get the handles off the old fridge. The one guy stripped the screws that hold the handle on. They ended up taking the doors off. When they brought the new fridge in, they damaged my front door frame. Not severely but still damaged. Fortunately the new fridge suffered no damage. They put the fridge in the kitchen and left. By this time I was okay with that because I didn't want them to damage the fridge. I recommended installation because I couldn't do it by myself but wouldn't want these two guys to deliver anything else.
