Great Job

Following along on the website as to how many deliveries they had before us was a nice touch. They actually arrive 5 minutes before the updated time that we received that morning. They did an excellent job with the installation and making sure we were happy.

Freezer was off loaded and setup for me in just a few minutes. They cleaned up all packing materials and left the work area neat as a pin.

Refrigerator

Did not remove shipping tape from doors or shelves. Did not go over features. Did not level, press on corner and unit will rock. Also dishwasher to be delivered at same time was not. Told out of stock but was at warehouse, drove 3 hours, picked up & installed unit myself. The unit itself is very nice. Best Buy installation not worth the cost.

I had not emptied the refrigerator or freezer completely and was more than pleased with the patience the gentleman had while I did that.

Then he provided me with selections to choose. I got the best one for my space. I'm so glad I went with Best Buy instead of Lowes or Home Depot. These guys are pros. What a great service. I recommend BB to my friends.
