Prompt, professional and one-time. It was clear from the moment they drove up, these guys were true professionals, and knew exactly what they were doing. Their ability to quickly & efficiently move such a large heavy appliance with such ease was amazing.

This delivery and installation team was fantastic. Very professional, polite and careful with the French door refrigerators they were moving, uninstalling and installing. They carried out the old "new" fridge from my home to the driveway. They attempted to bring in the "new" new fridge when upon taking it out of the box, it had more dents than the old "new" fridge, so the old "new" fridge was carried back inside, they made a phone call to authorize the parts to get switched and went to work to take the good freezer door from the damaged new fridge and replace the damaged door on the old "new fridge. They noticed that the doors on the old fridge were not even, and the unit was level. The freezer basket did not slide freely, and they worked at it to make sure it did. They corrected all issues and left my kitchen spotless. If they would have delivered and installed the first refrigerator, I probably would not have had to spend 3 weeks with Customer Support and GE to get the door dent in the new fridge taken care of because I believe the dents happened upon delivery. The first team never leveled it or checked to make sure all drawers and baskets were working properly.

I like my Geek Squad product overall. It’s easy to use, and the setup and support were helpful. Knowing I can get assistance if something goes wrong gives me peace of mind. The service can be a little expensive, but the convenience and reliability make it worth it.

We needed to get anew fridge because our older model kicked the bucket...so Best Buy's delivery crew set up our new one without issue.

The installer did a great job installing the fridge. He was professional, fast, efficient and took care with my corners in the kitchen. He slide the refrigerator in place and removed all of the materials clean as a whistle. Great job.

My refrigerator was delivered with great care. I have no water hook up so he very kindly made sure the ice maker was turned off. He also showed us the tool & how to use in case the doors got out of alignment. To me he went over & above was was required

We've moved from a relatively large residence to a smaller townhouse. Refrigerator is adequate, but freezer on the unit is quite small and we needed additional freezer room. Kitchen is not very large so we needed an additional freezer that had a small footprint. This one is great: fits the limited space and holds a lot for it's size.

Wow! The installation of our new Samsung Refrigerator was as easy as one, two, & three. The Delivery came at the expected date and time. The Installers removed the existing refrigerator and quickly installed the new one. The Installers hooked up the waterline, tested the unit, gave us some easy operating tips, answered our questions, and were on their way to their next appointment.

Well, we purchased this new Frigidaire refrigerator last month. We called Geek Squad because it was making loud noises. They came and checked it out and still making noises so we asked for a replacement. New Fridg was delivered and so far it has been working great. Pleased with this new unit.
