Easy install by the delivery team and works as expected! Very pleased!!

Took out the old fridge and brought in the new one. Don't want those two guys delivering anything else to my house. They couldn't get the handles off the old fridge. The one guy stripped the screws that hold the handle on. They ended up taking the doors off. When they brought the new fridge in, they damaged my front door frame. Not severely but still damaged. Fortunately the new fridge suffered no damage. They put the fridge in the kitchen and left. By this time I was okay with that because I didn't want them to damage the fridge. I recommended installation because I couldn't do it by myself but wouldn't want these two guys to deliver anything else.

This was the best delivery team ever. My wife cannot stop bragging about the help and support they gave her. We believed the fitting job to be impossible and they proved us wrong. Great work delivery team.

The service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Got it installed quickly and answered all my questions.

When I saw these two men carry the refrigerator using only a strap I was impressed. But when they walked us through the setup, inspection, and operation of both the refrigerator and dishwasher, I knew they were not just doing their jobs, but were making the customer the priority. They were polite, and even had to work around some other workers laying flooring in the hallway. They were efficient, on time, knowledgeable and even made suggestions. Kudos to the team as they did more than just install.

The delivery and installation workers were very professional and helpful. The top right door on the fridge had a mark on it, so they immediately made note and requested a new door be order to replace it.

The refrigerator was put in place and plugged in and works

Delivery contractors arrived within the window as advised. I was pleased with the move of the old to the garage. The rating is low because I had to have a neighbor come over to remove a mountain of blue tape from the inside of the new refrigerator. I told the delivery guy that I had nerve damage to my right hand and arm. He said that it did not matter because they were told not to remove anythng from the inside. I bought the refrigerator because Best Buy said "ready to use" if I paid the installation cost which I did. Will not buy anything else from Best Buy requiring installation.

When best buy delivered my new fridge/freezer the delivery guys hooked up the water line from my old fridge to my new fridge
